Booking
To make a booking please complete the contact form or telephone 0044 208 2933850. A booking is made by completing the booking form and returning the required deposit to Ski-Base Ltd, 40 Marsh Wall, Canary Wharf, London, E14 9TP. Your booking is not confirmed until we have the deposit and have issued a confirmation. The signatory is required to bind all members of the party to the contract, each being jointly responsible.
Payments and Prices
Deposits must accompany the booking form and full payment must be made 12 weeks before departure. For bookings made within 12 weeks of departure payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not made within the required time. Prices are based on the holidays described on our website and include bed with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meal with wine on 6 nights (no evening meal will be offered on the staff night off.) Champagne and canapés will also be served 6 nights of the week. Special requests will be subject to a surcharge. Not included in the price of your holiday are lift passes, ski lessons, flights or transfers. Transfers can be arranged at additional cost.
Cancellation
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and if they are made more than 12 weeks before your planned holiday dates you will incur the loss of all deposits whether paid or due. After 12 weeks before the holiday there will be a loss of 60% of the total cost. Cancellation less than 2 weeks before your expected arrival dates will incur a total invoice cost. We are unable to accept responsibility for clients who fail to arrive or are unable to travel due to incapacity or incorrect travel documents or events that are outside of our control.
In the unlikely circumstance that we have to cancel your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a refund, however we are unable to accept responsibility for cancellation in cases of political unrest, hostilities, natural disaster or any cause beyond our control. In these cases you will not be entitled to a refund.
Complaints
If you have reason to be unhappy with anything at Chalet de la Cloche, please report it to our staff immediately. If your problem cannot be resolved please write to us within 28 days of your holiday. We cannot accept liability for claims made outside this period.
Our Responsibility
It is the responsibility of Ski-Base to ensure that you get the holiday that is described in the booking information. In addition we accept responsibility if the services we have agreed to provide prove deficient. We accept liability for negligent acts or omissions by Ski-Base employees whilst in the course of their duties. All claims under this section will be subject to English law.
Your Responsibility
The party leader is responsible for making sure that all members of the party have adequate insurance. When making a booking our guests accept the responsibility to ensure good conduct throughout their stay. As part of this contract you agree to guarantee payment for any chargeable services requested by any member of your group. Children must be supervised at all times when using any of the chalet facilities or when inside the chalet and are not permitted in the spa area without an adult. Guests are entitled to use the swim spa and spa areas at their own risk and Ski-Base accepts no responsibility for accidents or injuries incurred whilst using these facilities. We respectfully ask you to treat Chalet de la Cloche with all due care and respect and Ski-Base reserves the right to recover the costs of any damage caused by your group before departure from the chalet. Any behaviour deemed unacceptable by Ski-Base will result in the termination of your holiday and you shall have no right to a refund in this situation. It is your responsibility to provide details of any allergies suffered by any member of your group.
General

All booking conditions and subjects arising from them are subject to English law. To the best of our knowledge all details were accurate at the time of going to press, April 2007.
