We are pleased to introduce you to the staff that will help to create magical holidays.

We think Chalet de la Cloche is a special place so we have spent a long time making sure we've got the best team. They have all worked in Brévières before, so there's not much they won't be able to help you with.

Petra has exactly the right sort of experience to ensure that your stay with us is as perfect as it's possible to be. She began her working life as an au pair but soon moved on to hospitality and has worked as a banqueting and conference manager in numerous international hotels. She has used the skills she acquired there to manage luxury ski chalets.

This summer Petra managed Scott Dunn's flagship villa in Majorca, but we've persuaded her to defect and join us at Ski-Base. She's a huge ski enthusiast and has been skiing since she was 2, so don't be surprised to see her out on the piste in her spare time.

Justin has worked with some of the most celebrated chefs in the world. He has cooked with, Paul Bacuse in Cannes, Anton Edelman at the Savoy and Roger Verger at the Moulins du Mougin, he's done a spell at the Lygon Arms and cooked for most of the European royalty whilst working in the Med and UK, he's even cooked a banquet for the King and Queen of Thailand.

All that aside, I think he's most proud of the fact that he has cooked for nearly every current international rugby player at the legendary Angel Hotel in Cardiff. We're thrilled that he's come to join us.
